Jalyn D. Brown is a visionary leader, passionate advocate for education and entrepreneurship, and a staunch supporter of athlete development and empowerment. A proud alumna of Elizabeth City State University and Hampton University, Jalyn distinguished herself as a three-sport student-athlete, Chancellor’s Ambassador, and multi-year President of the Student-Athlete Advisory Committee (SAAC), earning widespread recognition for her academic and athletic excellence.

Today, Jalyn is known professionally and socially as The PlayHER Agent—a moniker that reflects her dynamic work as a certified WNBA Agent, former professional player, and strategic brand consultant. She is the Founder and CEO of The PlayHER Agent, LLC, a sports branding and consulting agency that equips aspiring professionals with the tools to navigate the sports industry, develop their personal brands, and secure impactful opportunities.

In her role as VP & Director of Operations for SWAGG SPORTS (Washington, D.C.), Jalyn provides hands-on leadership in operations management while guiding athletes through brand strategy, NIL consulting, contract education, and sponsorship acquisition. Her expertise and personalized approach have made her a trusted partner for athletes at every stage of their careers.

Expanding her entrepreneurial portfolio, Jalyn is also the owner of TPHA Logistics, LLC, a transportation company that specializes in delivering non-palletized freight, non-perishable goods, furniture, and more. Operating under NAICS Codes 484220 and 484110, TPHA Logistics reflects Jalyn’s commitment to excellence, efficiency, and innovation in logistics and supply chain services.
